I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

Regardless of location, the tech industry has been decimated by restructuring, whether due to AI or AI being the excuse. Whatever the case may be, many of the major players have had layoffs numbering in the 10's of thousands per company in the higher profile cases, several hundred thousand in total have lost their tech job over the past couple years.
All of these people, mysf included, are competing for what seems to be a shrinking number of job openings, many out of work for many months, some for a year or more. If I was a younger man I would have already pivoted into the trades, with a goal of ownership, and I say that with all sincerity. As it stands I can't even get hired at an auto parts store to put groceries on the table, it's a scary time for my family.

There’s basically no local “tech” community in Rialto. You’re about a 2 hr commute from either LA or Orange County (even further if you consider that most of the tech companies are more heavily concentrated along the beach).
All of the networking opportunities are going to be in mid-city LA, or Santa Monica / Playa Vista on the LA side, or Irvine / Costa Mesa / Newport Beach on the Orange County side.
