I've been working with Ericsson for more than 3 years now and can proudly say that we as Ericsson are leading the telecom industry with top notch technology and services across the globe.

But the work environment under some of the managers is not at all good. People do not get hikes in even double digits, some are getting promoted but even the promotions are being hidden from the rest of the employees, leading to loads of gossip.

All our CLs would lapse with the year closing.

Difference in A1 stub bonus when joining in March vs. summer as usual? I’m joining early, but still part of the 2022 Class.

Looking to exit from 195k base to a sales role base 140 + 40 in guaranteed bonus year 1 to make up for the lengthy sales cycle. I know in the long run total comp through equity and sales commission bonus can be much higher but having a hard time making the jump… mostly my ego to drop drastically in TCO the first year after spending all these years trying to increase base. Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
