Hello Everyone, quick opinion about the companies
Procore Technologies and Tesco, both in Bangalore, which one do you think offers better growth and learning opportunities for an iOS dev (SDE 2)?
Procore is giving better in terms of compensation, but not sure about work culture or project depth at either of the companies.
Curious to know what you all think purely from a career perspective!

Need your expert guidance! Having 2 offers from qualitest and Capgemini for devops engineer role! JD is pretty much same in both the orgs but Qualitest is providing fixed X lpa and Capgemini is also giving fixed X.8 lpa. So which offer should I consider? Please help me here!

How is the labor shortage impacting your business?
