Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,
Fellow Perplexed Fish.

Quick update: After really thinking this through, I've decided to join Booking Holdings because the benefits are just too good. I may look stupid ignoring all your comments but I know I can join SAP Labs after a couple years if I wish to switch but it won't be possible to join Booking. But in case my decision goes terribly wrong, I'll update the post. Meanwhile if anyone finds this post after Feb and wants a referral at Booking Holdings, I can do so. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
Check the career page and share the job ID if there's any openings.

Not much difference, go for SAP anyday
Send each one the other offer letter and see how they respond.. and then decide
Actually, SAP Labs matched with Booking's offer as I was only looking for 25LPA and Booking offered more than I expected. Also, I'm yet to get Booking's official offer letter and I'll only get SAP's offer letter if I confirm that I'll take it. I have only the official salary structure breakup from both of them.
Go for SAP Labs. You will not get to learn more about SAP anywhere else. Don't miss this

Congratulations 🥳 looks great for your experience. I would suggest SAP.
Any suggestions on cracking the offers like these?
That’s really great and I appreciate your detailed response. Would you be able to suggest something for functional?
Honestly I never put lot of efforts on resume so far, and do you think this ATS friendly thing makes any difference? Also which platforms have you used to apply? like naukri or linkedin or referral? Most of your HR calls were inbound from naukri or you were applying manually?
Would be great, if you can throw some light on all these point, based on your recent experience.
