I'm really at a tight spot here. I've worked really hard to reach here and get over 100% hike from CCTC. Booking is fairly new in Bangalore and SAP Labs has a good presence. My main goal is to have great learning opportunities and good WLB, which both companies offer.

How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. I want to ask for more money, but don’t want them to see me as a flight risk or that I am not loyal anymore. Or my bigger fear is they’ll say they cannot offer me any more and then I feel like I have egg on my face. Any tips for delicately balancing this?

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
