What is the salary level for a Creative Director, someone who has already earned around ten Cannes Lions awards, working at a major agency in Berlin or Munich? I’ve come across figures in the €90,000–€120,000 range. Is that accurate, or are the top-tier salaries even higher? like 140-150? Thanks a lot !
