Hello fishes, i joined a company and they haven't even planned a proper onboarding for me. I am feeling so lost. In terms of KT as well, i have been given a 30 mins session which wasn't even enough. (They like keeping it short they say) When i tried asking for existing documents to read through and understand, the response would be they don't have it. Basically they dint provide me anything to get started with. Now they asking me to show my work in a week. How to handle this?

I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.
