I joined EY India, GPS sector in the month of September. It is going to be 1 month now but I still haven't got any projects.. Talked with my Counselor & senior management for multiple times but not getting the proper response.

What should I do? Any way to search for internal projects at least since the utilisation is 0%

I currently have 5.5 Ipa package in LTI working hear from starting of my career having Total 3 years of experience in Data Analytics field. Skills Tableau, SQL, Python. I also have done post graduate deploma in ML and Al from IIIT BANGLORE while working. I have notice period of 3 months. How much variable does EY India generally pay, if 20% variable is mentioned by them while giving offer letter.

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
