I joined induction for infosys on 29 june from Kolkata location as it's near to my hometown,but my base location as per offer letter is hyderabad,in Kolkata I checked with induction staff ,they told it's mandatory to come to office even after induction is over till ur manager calls u ,please someone knows if this is actually the rule or it's not required to go office after induction Infosys
Since you joined recently and there are high chances that you’ll be on bench, so bench policies will be applicable to you for WFO. Bench WFO policies are different for different units, chances are you have to go 3 days per week.
It’s not mandatory to go to office after induction, first check your WFH balance in Infyme and go to office based on that. It may show per week or per month status based on your unit policies which is applicable to you.
