I just wrapped up my internship in regulatory affairs back in February and have been on the job hunt since. Unfortunately, luck hasn't been on my side so far. I've noticed that a lot of HR folks don’t really count the 6 months of my internship as a real experience, which seems to hurt my chances—especially when it comes to negotiating salary. If anyone has any links or tips for entry-level gigs in regulatory affairs or clinical data management, I’d really appreciate the help! 🙏

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. I am 29F and earning 13LPA. I have been working for 4 years of which 3.5 years I had very low pay and close to 0 savings. I have been able to save 6L now.

My investments below:
* Elss funds - 2 (total 1.5L annually)
* Large cap mutual funds - 6 (total 40K sip per month) current portfolio of 4L
* FDs - 2 of 25K each
