I’m currently in a situation: I graduated in May24 with degree in Data Science. I have completed my BSc. And MS in Math from India with 2years of experience as Data Analyst in Business Intelligence domain.

I currently secured a job what does Database management and data related work but no related to Data Science the pay is less too. I’m good in data modelling and data analysis since I genuinely like digging into data. I want a mentor to start data science projects with me.

How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? Leaving would hurt both my previous org and new org.

For a 2 YOE Data Engineer, what will be a better option to go for in terms of Learning , WLB , Appraisals

Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund?
