What do you do over your schools winter break? How long is it? I have almost 2 full weeks and I'm debating between doing a ton of prep or actually trying to relax. 2nd year teacher and last year was mostly virtual so I had more "free" time to get stuff together.

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? Have been running for the last few years and consistently get “dead feet” feeling after 3-4 miles. Feet go somewhat numb and I stop and stretch to relive the pain. Have tried a few different types of shoes (on cloud / altra / Nike) to no avail. Even tried the loosening of my shoes. Any advice? I’m in good shape and can cycle for 40-60 miles at a time so endurance isn’t the issue, it’s my feet. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions!!!

Kind of a new distance runner here (completed my first half mara last month) and am usually run on treadmill for workouts during the week. I also wear an Apple Watch. Have noticed that my Apple Watch tends to say I’ve run a longer distance, at a faster speed, than treadmill. (It’s usually up to 0.5 miles off and 0.5mph off in speed). Anyone experience this? Not sure what to trust but assuming Apple Watch. Thoughts?
