Have you ever been told off by an older attorney of color? From tcs I got mail to upload documents 20 days before (10th June)

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

Can anyone help me how much time this takes ? Most of the times no HR is replying to my mails and calls not answering
