EPAM Systems -- x+5 fixed +1 lakh bonus
Paytm -- x+ 7 fixed + 1 lakh bonus
Coforge -- x + 5 fixed + 3 lakh bonus
I have 10.7 years experience , i m in Devops profile I have 50 days notice period remaining.
I am thinking for Epam or Sapient but both are giving less than Paytm.
Should i negotiate with Sapient or Epam ?
My concern mainly is related to job security and work-from home.

80 percent u will get it's in gernal across and + tax deduct too on top of that.

But as per LTM management not serious about employees hike and var I have doubt now and going forward.
Let's see this what I am hearing from director level and above.
It's better keep swtiching the job in 2 years or 30 months max so we can pay our rent and kid fees.
I see in my rent and kid fees almost 15-18k incrment months and then other things also increase thatbis to up 3-6 k monthly almost 21k monthly normal and mandatory rates are increase.
So this way the only option keep changing job till we can do.
Future I have recommend almost all btech young to prepare government exams from clerck to officer anything is better than IT job in pay wise and security wise.
Clerxk also getting better than freshee and normal 3-4 year exp.
3 of them selected too.. In gov jobs too many opening comes the only thing we have to prepare our near one to try that.
