I have been in public accounting for total of 4.5 years. 3 of them as an auditor and the remaining as bookkeeper/ tax preparer. I am looking to move to private (public companies) but my experience in nonprofit/ governmental. Any tips would be appreciated. Are there any additional courses/ certificates I would need to enhance my employment process?

I'm going to Machu Picchu next month with my brother and hiking the Inca trail. Any recommendations on what I absolutely need to bring for the hike? Anyone who hiked the Inca trail take like a battery pack or something with them for their camera?

Also, I'm considering bringing my drone even tho I know I can't take it into any of the sacred places like Machu picchu. I also have to register it with customs when I get into the country. Is it still worth taking? I can use it around Cusco and Lima

I'm seriously tired of all the injustice done by cops. I've now caught several in blatant lies... On video or on record.

Maybe this is a mild vent but it gets really hard to defend cases where constitutional violations are just being overlooked especially in an area that favors cops! Ugh🥺

I am not finding a lot of stuff written for lawyers specifically , but there is a lot directed at “managers” in business generally that I imagine could be applicable.
