I'm a B.Tech CSE graduate from a tier-2 college. Due to limited placements, I started freelancing (2023-2025) in SEO, SMM, WordPress, design, and ad campaigns. In 2024, I pursued a Data Science with Al course at Almabetter and worked as an MIS Executive in healthcare. I also built projects using Python, MySQL, Power BI, Excel, and DAX. What are my chances of getting into
MNCs?

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). Both my wife and I have been sick most of that time as well (gotten it from the baby). Wife is thinking we get a full time nanny for the next 4 months to help the baby build antibodies.
