Deloitte joining is 2 days earlier than Accenture. Deloitte has given senior consultant DM designation where is Accenture has given associate manager. Deloit 23.5 fix / Accenture 26.85 fix .Need your valuable inputs.

It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched.
