Sibling finished up MAin UK (History) w/ 2YOE, now back in US, and has comms/event management/program management experience. But she's having difficulty getting any interviews in the Northeast areas. Talking to Deloitte federal about an opening, but I hear a lot of people here warning to stay away (low pay, not very fast pace). Would it be wise to join Deloitte federal, then try to switch later?

Looking to apply in 2 years at the consultant level and was wondering what does it take to get GSAP. I was not a top performer last year and heard it'd be pretty hard to get GSAP.
