What’s the difference between a manager and supervisor position ?

Hey Everyone! I was let go of a tech startup. Mostly doing BD, 65k just moved up to an Account Manager role at 75K +5k (Quarterly Bonus)≈90k/year.

Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?

Need advice....My last working day in wipro is 26th December and My Joining in TCS was 28th December but now it's getting extended till 10th January, what you suggest, should I extend the last working date in wipro or I should leave wipro?

Hearing conflicting advice to apply R1 or R2. One admission consultant said with my avg stats (700, 3.3, Female) apply R1. Another said schools are too aggressive R1 to maintain stats, so apply R2.

1. What's the difference between EY GDS and LLP,
2. How is work life balance ?
