I heard it was generally pretty low turnover this year. Idk anyone who left from my start class group
My group had a little more turnover than normal. ~50 people in the group, typically lose 2/3. 5 left in the last 12 months but TAS has been a grind recently.
My office is at a 57% turnover rate.
I wish it was. Senior managers are helping with the engagement set up process and billing in my office because we’re so short staffed. Thankfully we have GDS and other offices that are helping us. Our next new hires starts in June.

Any idea why?
We had just one leave out of about 12 last year. We've already had a new hire quit for medical reasons about 2 months in, but other than that much lower than average turnover. I'm sure it will pick up. Honestly I was worried about our office overhiring new staff for the longest time, but in this virtual environment other offices have been utilizing our staff.
