Hello, I am in the process of replying to a Raytheon recruiter for the role of Digital Program Lead in the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit. Would anyone please guide me as to the expected compensation range for this type of role at Raytheon, and the type of people that successfully fit in such a work environment? Thank you, kindly!

It’s $101k-203k. I’d expect they’d low ball offer you around $130k but I’d counter with $160k which is roughly 80% of that pay band. If you’re feeling frisky then ask for $175k.
The senior digital technology program lead is $124k-$250k. Similar rules apply. They’ll try to get you below the 50% mark in the band but they might go up to 75%-80%.

Culture and people varying widely between locations/campuses. Not sure which location you’re looking at. I work in Portsmouth, RI and everyone there is very nice. Laid back and low key but everyone seems to know their jobs well and I don’t have to push for folks to get run ga done. Everyone I know has been there for 15-20years and likes it.

Anything to be aware of with RTX in the current climate?

Hey RTXers, I just received an interview request for a role I'm pretty excited about. I tried to view the req, but it seems to have been taken off workday.

Any tips for preparing when I can't view the req? I remember some high level details, but I applied over 3 weeks ago and can't recall some nice to know things.

Thanks!

I am not sure how many people joined but let’s do this:
