Hello,

I am new to this. I am in the process of re-entering the accounting field after an extended time away. I have a B.S. in Business Administration: Accounting and Economics. I need assistance finding training to renew my accounting skills to rejoin the workforce as an accountant assistant or a junior accountant. I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Lisa

I am an acting senior and am training 3 new hires. They are not doing well, so I often re-do their works even after I give them 2 pages step by step instruction. The A1s and I are all associates, so I don't even have a chance to give them an official feedback (snapshot at pwc). How to address this issue to my manager and director?
