For those that lateraled to another firm for FDD work - was your 2 week period paid out? Were you worked? Should I expect to have a 2 week paid vacation when I put in notice?

Receiving approx 30% pay bump to move firms. Stay schemin boys

Everyone who's left from my office to another B4 got their 2 weeks paid out, no working allowed even if the person leaving wanted to for some reason.

hmm they make you use vacation? the manager contract doesnt stipulate that, just that you get paid for the 2 weeks

I’ve had to work the last 2 weeks. Maybe it depends on where you’re going, but I’d just try not to burn any bridges when you leave.

I left B4 FDD for AM FDD and had to work my two weeks. We had too many deals and not enough people.

Hello, I have an interview scheduled for the position of Product Manager for Mumbai location. Could anyone please help me with details like culture/benefits and pay at ICICI?

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. Has anyone had similar experience?

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. By contract is 1.

Thanks
