What kind of job do audit seniors typically leave for?

I left audit to join financial accounting advisory services (FAAS). I wasn't quite ready to leave behind public accounting to go to industry so I switched firms to do advisory work instead. Nice change of pace and I feel like it'll help me in a couple years when I make the move to industry.

There's a few different routes. On the corporate side it's usually into a corporate accounting role (think GL close or Internal Audit), possibly with some crossover work into other areas. There's also roles in accounting related consulting services that people leave for.

I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?
