I need some help. My personal life is going super well, I’m happy and steady with my relationships and exercising etc. but in my work life I feel like I’m just flailing around. I work with a group that is very light on the mentoring/training, and when I make a mistake I feel like banging my head into the wall. Not to mention I then panic and make smaller (typos, emails sent too soon, etc) mistakes that just make me look incompetent. Any advice???
