Hello, I need help knowing the start up company Spinny better. My acquaintance has received an offer from Spinny for filling the position of Program Manager. It being a startup, although a successful one, I'm apprehensive about the following:- 1- How is the work culture there? 2- What does their growth structure look like? 3- Most importantly, how are their annual appraisals? Also, by what percentage. Lastly, how fruitful is going into a startup from an OEM?

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?

Would you take a £10k pay rise to move to industry in a global role if it meant no promotion prospects and working with no team mates?

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
