Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

You’ll have to fill out an I9, so they’ll know anyway. It’s illegal to discriminate based on status, so you’ll be fine. They’ll just make you re-verify I9 based on expiry date.
There is no ‘waiving the requirements’. US citizens validate an I9 based upon meeting documentary requirements. The only exceptions to it are:
Hired on or before Nov. 6, 1986 (or on or before Nov. 27, 2009, in the CNMI), who are continuing in their employment and have a reasonable expectation of employment at all times;
Employed for casual domestic work in a private home on a sporadic, irregular, or intermittent basis;
Independent contractors;
Employed by a contractor providing contract services (such as employee leasing or temporary agencies) and are providing labor to you; or
Not physically working on U.S. soil.

I don’t know why you continue to push incorrect information. It’s not even difficult to validate this requirement.
As long as you can legally work (right now) they shouldn’t care. I don’t believe you are even legally obligated to provide them any immigration paperwork until you’ve accepted the offer and they onboard you. Are they asking for your legal status to work at this stage in the hiring process?
No they have not. I was sure preemptively worried about it.
