I’m looking for guidance and opportunities in the healthcare/medical device domain. I have 4 years and 5 months of experience in software testing — this is my first company, and now I’m preparing for my first career move.
My goal is to work in a product-based company where I can apply my testing and validation skills and continue learning in this impactful industry.
Any suggestions, mentorship, or referrals would mean a lot to me as I take this next step.

Keep getting feedback that I don’t come off as excited for the role. Not sure how to fix this as I prepare a lot of these interviews and truly am interested in them... any advice?

As everybody tells u will get more offers during the last one month of notice.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share
