If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.
Will there be any savings and what would be cost of living for a 3 member family there.

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA
I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

If you go to Sephora, they’ll match your skin to the right foundation in terms of color/hue/tone. What works for others might not work for you depending on your skin type. Have fun exploring!
Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown are very good brands. Charlotte Tilbury for lip products.
I have been using MAC makeup since I was 19 and rarely use anything else. I love their makeup because it always looks natural — if you want it to. It's the type of makeup that makeup artists commonly use. Their makeup artists are well-trained and incredibly knowledgeable, and can help you easily cover a scar and make it look flawless.
You can schedule an appointment with MAC for a makeover; they don't charge for the makeover, but you have to spend a certain amount (I believe it is around $150 -$200), but it sounds like you're ready to do that. They can recommend the best primers, concealers, foundations, and contouring techniques to give you a flawless canvas to start with.
Then, I would recommend that you have them show you two different looks — one for daytime or work, and one for going out, especially during the holiday season.
In terms of cost, I find that their makeup lasts a long time. Additionally, they recycle your used MAC makeup containers and offer a free lipstick for every six containers.
I have been using their Studio Fix foundation/powder combo since I was 19 (I'm now 48), and I get compliments all of the time on my makeup. I think what makes MAC look so good is that it doesn't look like it's sitting on top of your skin-it looks like it is your skin. Ever since I've been using it, I have never had it turn orange or show a line. I wear it for more than 12 hours every day, and the only thing that I ever touch up is my lipstick; I use their Powder Kiss Lipstick, it's a matte lipstick that feels like a moisturizing lip treatment. The only makeup that I use that is not MAC is for my brows-I use Anastasia Brow. I'm also not a huge fan of their mascara, but since I do my own lash extensions, I only need to apply mascara to my bottom lashes. Their eyeshadows are primers are incredible and last so much longer than any others I've tried, as well as their eyeliner. I use liquid liner sometimes, and other times I use a darker eyeshadow or a gel liner.
One last tip...take care of your skin!! Remove your makeup every night, apply a retinol and/or peptide at night along with a leave-on night mask. During the day, I use a vitamin C & turmeric serum, vitamin C and caffeine eye cream, and apply the Anastasia Brow serum (the Elf brand also works).
*If you are unsure about what products to use I highly recommend getting an IPSY subscription for $17/month for the makeup bag and 6 products, or the monthly box for $35 with 6 full-sized products. I have discovered the most amazing products this way, and when you have a subscription to IPSY you can shop the products that you liked at a huge discount. I actually get both the bag and box each month, but have received full-sized Elemis pro marine collagen creams ($200 value), Glamnetic nails ($22), Sunday Riley Vitamin C serum ($60 value), Drunk Elephant Peptide Serum (normally $85), and this is where I discovered Anastasia Brow. If you do get IPSY just remember to give them feedback.
The key focus is to have great skincare. Once you have an excellent skincare routine your make up will look phenomenal. The best advice I would give to you is go into any beauty store and have them demonstrate it for you and go during the day so you can get the best color match for your foundation. There are so many beautiful brands but the one that speaks loudest to me when you need complete coverage would be Cover Fx, Mac, and It Cosmetics. But it is so important that you invested in the proper skincare because the results will be disappointing. Good luck
