I will be looking to move to a smaller firm to provide CAS services as a senior associate or move to an FP&A team as a senior financial analyst. What should I generally be expecting as a salary with that level of experience and those job roles?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all.
