Hello, I’m new to Accenture, so I’m trying to understand the onboarding process.

Why does it take so much time to get allocated to a project?

After my internal interview, the client interview happened only after 15 days. When I asked for feedback, I was told to wait another 2–3 days.

I’m just trying to understand if this is the normal process at Accenture, as I’m not familiar with how it works.
