Material incentives always perform better. Ppl love free stuff!

Definitely the free stuff. Encourage people who get the swag to post pictures of it in the community which will earn you even more community engagement.

My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. Newer manager here (18 moths). Recent org announcements and hiring holds have put major stress on my team. Some are hyper focused on all the bad, how do I get buy-in that this is temporary and we still have a job to do? I feel it’s more important than ever to show value vs being task takers.
