Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Work in territories and quotas for a large tech firm…it can be done but we prefer to stay simple and not go complex when possible
Instead of making it simple, they made it even more complex, opening up more opportunities for errors! :(
Not uncommon but when it's that many staff I'd do it using PQ.
The more cells, rows and columns you have, the more chance of something breaking or going wrong somewhere.
It can still break with PQ but it's also a lot easier to run assurance checks.
Compensation consultant here; not all that uncommon depending on the size of the firm
How many employees are needed to update and sustain a model with monthly changes being a manual process causing a possibility % of errors?
