Has any TP consultant ever passed from a big4 to a law firm? A tier 1 firm offered the double of the gross salary respect to what I earn now. I am happy working remotely from 9 to 6. Therefore, in case I will take the offer, part of the salary shall cover higher expenses related to a work in presence (relocation to city center, dry cleaning for the suits, overpriced restaurant for lunch) and I have the feeling that the working environment shall be way worse. So I recently found out that my current company is underpaying me. And by that I mean that literally any other company is willing to pay me 15-20k more than what I make now. In my current role they've asked me to take on extra responsibilities with no financial compensation (scrum master type stuff) while still doing my engineering stuff. I have a date I need to match to an array of strings (that represents dates). Eg matching 6 nov 20 to (20201106, 20201107, etc. ). I can convert my date into this format using text(date,”yyyymmdd”) but then my lookup tried to match “20201106” with that list and the “ causes a mismatch. Any hints, and I would prefer not to change the array format?
