Sometimes we think that sonce we are paid a lot we owe our time to them. How about you start 1 hr late and log off 1 hour early? Take frequent breaks and focus completely on your family then. Strictly no weekends. Else take comp off within the week and have a long weekend.
You can slow down slightly and see the reaction and impact. If not then switch and see there as well. Set new boundaries. If nothing feels to be working then you can quit.
Why do you have to jump yo quitting without trying out all options.
75 LPA? Wow. I didn't know India paid that high. Which company? And how many years of experience? However, work life balance is important and you should take a break when it burns you out
That's nice, but please go ahead and take care of your health and family. My humble opinion a mother.
If you don’t want to quit make strict boundaries. Or if it’s too much then you can always quit and be with family, running a family is also a big job. Btw how did you build up your profile?
I work in data analytics domain..gradually picked up all booming technologies in this space over a period of time and can do hands on and blend with strategy
Yeah, It is completely Okayy to take break and you deserve it. Though you might feel like you are giving up and feel lost. It's not that way. Take break, relax, feel yourself. Then you can rejoin or do something else that you like once you are ready.
You are lying..75 lpa is not possible
Could be on the cost of no work life balance
