How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
Weekend is way worse when I sleep around 3 wake up around 10/11

Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. But, this last week the nausea has significantly subsided (though not completely gone). Has this happened to anyone? We have our first ultrasound in a week - so nervous!

Started welding around 9 years ago. Continued at my local community college for my associates degree, jumped into being a welding tech. Then continued for my bachelors degree. Now I’m a welding engineer and teach part time at the community college I initially went to. AWS Certified Welder and CWI. Making good money in my early 30s. Can’t stress the trades enough, especially welding because I LOVE IT.
