Hello, one of my friends works at Infosys. Hello has been tagged to the project bench since October 2025 now. He thinks that he gets projects immediately ifnhe goes to the common bench. But his manager is not releasing him and ask to wait for some more time. He has no idea what to do..Does it impact him ?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

I applied for a role a few days ago and found the relevant hiring manager today via LinkedIn. Should I send a follow up mail/introduce myself to this person. Would it leave a good impression or come across as desperate?
