I have an offer with SCB GBS for 24 LPA with two pfs included in TEC, I accepted the offer and I am requesting HR to make 24 LPA with employer PF only and add employee PF additionally.

Dropped an email but still awaiting update, would SCB GBS re-negotiate, I already completed a 45 days notice period in the current organisation with no feasibility of taking resignation back.

Did anyone re-negotiate the offer with SCB GBS? HOW does it work.

Hi! I got an offer with Standard Chartered India. What does Grade 7 Band 7 mean? and I got a role as Specialist, Product engineer. Is this equivalent to senior software engineer ? Or relevant to manager? What is senior engineer is know in SCB?
