I got an offer from Accenture India at Management Level 8 where they are offering me 27% of variable (max) of the fixed component. My question is what is the variable % given in Accenture at ML8. Will I be getting full 27% in 2 half i.e. May and November or there is a capping. Your honest suggestion/support will help me to decide the offer acceptance.
