I would like to know about the salary structure and work life balance at Kyndryl. If the annual CTC is 23.5 LPA (fixed) under the new tax regime, what would the in-hand salary be?

Currently, I’m working with HCL, drawing 20 LPA (18 fixed + 2 variable).
Would it be a good move to switch to Kyndryl for this package?
