A question to all the men in here, what are your age criteria for dating/serious relationships? Is it true that 30+ females have it much harder than females in their 20ties?

I went through my gf’s phone and found out she had a crush on my best friend when we first started dating (over a year ago). I dated someone 15 years older than me and he always lectured me about what did I do wrong.
