I have cleared my interview at Qualcomm (Bangalore) for a Staff Engineer position (RTL design). I have around 8 years of experience, and I’ve been getting a fixed compensation of 42 LPA in my current company.

Since this is my first job switch, I would like to understand what compensation I should ideally be negotiating for.
