I need a help. Let us say we have a Spring Boot app and there we need to use either JdbcTemplate or JPA. Till now I have used JdbcTemplate as we work on migration project having long big queries with multiple joins sometimes.
If I want to do it using JPA then how can I do.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.
