My company has monthly accruals. Across the entire organization, unless there was some sort of negotiation, you receive 4 hours of sick time a month. We do not allow work from home arrangements whatsoever (even though some managers including my boss) can occasionally. You can only WFH if you have Covid and are well enough to work or if you are home with someone that has Covid. Are any other companies strict when it comes to wfh? See my comment below

Hi! So confused!! Me and my husband both in Tax public accounting , we have 2 kids under 5 , I am already starting to get anxious about spring busy season, we don't have any family help around. During busy season I always think about changing it to Industry but than I am also afraid of loosing flexibility.
