Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

Join EY or Infosys, if you want long duration projects with right senior leadership& guidance. At hashedIn the leadership is all 8-15 years exp people who doesn't know what leadership mean. They are not groomed or have people management or collaborative skills.
There is no clear review process and don't fall into trap of 2 increment cycles. You should think that you may get hike but the percentage will be very less or you have be eligible for one hike cycle.
What is missing is collaboration and openness to hear about ideas or let senior folks with experience joining be taken into discussion for better ideas. If you are someone who wants to only do assigned work and go back home, then join. If you someone who doesn't aspire to grow to higher levels then join.
Also If you are a fresher, then join, you will like the open culture of coming to office and going anytime based on your will, food.
Please do not join this firm. I have been working here for years and every year it gets worse. They dont have any projects and they hire you for something and makes you do something else. No clients stay for more than 2 months. You will be put in PIP without any justification and huge chances of layoff as well. The CEO himself doesn't know to run the company and allocation team Rambabu hits you personally. Dont fall for the glassdoor review they are just increasing the rating by forcing the freshers to add reviews. Check for experienced reviews. This company is not worth any good skills, they will spoil you. Even if the pay is huge i wouldnt recommend you joining this company.
I will suggest to negotiate with Hashedin by Deloitte using EY offer. Maybe, don't wait for the offer letter to come, simply inform the Hashedin HR.
Don't join Infosys as the annual hikes there are discouraging and you will feel like stuck at the joining salary.
Don't join hashedin
Coz the culture is no more good. Its similar to any other service based organisation.
So choose the one that pays best.
If hashedin is willing to match... join.
