I'm joining EY next month for tech stack ODI, PL SQL. how flexible is it to change a skill set or project after 18 months in EY? I want to eventually move to the data engineering side. For many companies insurance payment is part of CTC, and for parental insurance it requires extra payment. So if ey is taking 4-6k but giving family ( couple + children) + parent insurance which cost around 40-50k if we buy it from market. Our parents are age of 60+ and their insurance cover is costly. Also, ey giving option of add-ons in default plan for increasing sum, including parents and in-laws both, flexy plans (preventive care which covers opd , pharmacy bills , medical reports around 10-20k, mother and child care plan under which people who have kids with autism can claim for various therapies which per season cost around 500-800 and that expense can go around 10-20k per month , outside market policy or many corporate plan does not cover all this) by paying extra sum. I find their health policy good.

I will be going newly, insurance is mentioned under benefits which is outside fixed CTC, is they deduct again in the fixed CTC ?
EY3 since u r assuming that i havent seen other companies. Let me also assume that u have not worked at other big 4s. If anything is being deducted from salary that has to be explicitly mentioned in the offer letter under salary summary which is being signed by the candidate and the hr, otherwise its daylight robbery.
