Some corporates don’t worry about the visas for some specific roles (AI is good), apply for graduate schemes. Mid size and startups do ask and you will be rejected a lot, be prepared for that, don’t be upset. It is hard to pass the ATS when hundred of people is applying. So try another methods like networking, cold emailing, Linkedin connections, ask people give you the chance, you can work for 2 years, after that negotiate your sponsorship. But whatever you do, get a job related your area, having a UK employer on your resume will be important for your future sponsorship job search. Even if you get a job, don’t stop applying for sponsorhip roles/companies. Don’t trust the employer if they promise verbally. Hope it helps!
