Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). Does anyone have any advice on ways to break into tech or suggestions of companies to look into?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
