I'm based in Europe and have applied several times to Salesforce but never got an interview, not getting shortlisted. I have almost 9 years in technology, about 5 years as a Solution Engineer at a top collaboration company, and Consultant at UNDP.

I recently completed my Azure AI-102 certificate and have a strong understanding of how the business IT world works, but with Salesforce and other big firms, I haven't had any luck so far.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Finally just took a day to work from home. My office never instituted a hybrid policy, kept everyone in office full time, and now our county hospital beds are full. I have the opportunity to take a Solution Architect role for the Salesforce CSG team. I'm currently a solo SA for a large Salesforce Org usually dealing with about 5 large projects at a time. Can anyone that has or currently works for the Salesforce CSG team answer a few questions?

1. How many projects/engagements does a normal SA for the CSG team work at one time?
