I'm based in Europe and have applied several times to Salesforce but never got an interview, not getting shortlisted. I have almost 9 years in technology, about 5 years as a Solution Engineer at a top collaboration company, and Consultant at UNDP.

I recently completed my Azure AI-102 certificate and have a strong understanding of how the business IT world works, but with Salesforce and other big firms, I haven't had any luck so far.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?

I have the opportunity to take a Solution Architect role for the Salesforce CSG team. I'm currently a solo SA for a large Salesforce Org usually dealing with about 5 large projects at a time. Can anyone that has or currently works for the Salesforce CSG team answer a few questions?
