Have three scenarios prepared per leadership principle. Join their information session to find out which leadership principle they will be targeting.
Based on your role, some leadership principles are more relevant than others. Example, deep dive might be more important to a technical manager vs customer obsession for someone client facing.
Also, each person will focus on 2 principles, and since you are only speaking to 5 people, only 10 can be covered. Therefore, will make certain to cover certain principles depending on your role.

Two interviews than a team interview
Follow the star principle. Answer all questions by giving a brief about the situation 1-2 sentences. The tasks taken to analyse the situation, actions done to improve the situation and what was the end outcome.
Also have a negative outcome scenario ready. Coz such questions do come up and need to be able to evaluate what could have been better if time permitted or what you learnt from mistakes
