Just got an offer from Accenture for an L7 role (Skill: GenAI/Data Science) with 11.6 years of experience. The fix they are offering is 41 LPA .

Is this compensation in line for L7 GenAI/Data Science at Accenture?

HR couldn’t confirm the exact project. Anyone here recently joined or currently working in GenAI/data teams—what kinds of clients/projects are typical ?

What about work life balance at Accenture India ?
