Does it make sense to use $10k from pension to pay down loans and the rest from cash? How much should I have in my 401k by this point?

Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have. I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. My landlord will not work with me to end the lease early, so it looks like I will have to double up on rent and mortgage through the summer.
